The Agilent/HP J2215A is a hand held multimode Test Set designed for quick and easy checks of FDDI cabling. It is able measure, source and error check multimode FDDI loops. It is a great tool for basic troubleshooting in the field. A built in fiber optic power meter allows optical power level level checks as well. The input is a standard FDDI MIC input connector. The Agilent/HP J2215A is a great tool when downtime can become a serious issue.
