The AQ4303B is a white light source best suited for loss-wavelength characteristics measurement of optical fibers and devices.This wide-band, highly stable light source, which employs a high-power halogen lamp, provides CW light and 270 Hz square wave modulated light by the chopper incorporated.

The AQ4303B also incorporates an optical filter that can be readily inserted by switch operation to remove higher-order optical components.

Features:

• The AQ4303B covers a band of 400 to 1800nm and provides highly stable optical outputs with a deviation of ±0.05dB
• The built-in optical filter can be inserted by simple switch operation to prevent higher-order optical components from entering the band selected
• The AQ4303B provides 270Hz square wave modulated light by a chopper for low-level measurement
• The AQ4303B is provided with GPIB measuring system setup
